I’ve had a fantastic experience living at Parc Mosaic. The manager, April, is incredible. She genuinely cares about the residents and goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly. The maintenance team is top-notch too. If something breaks, you can count on it being fixed by the next day.The amenities here are amazing and truly top of the line. From the fitness center to the pool and communal areas, everything is well-maintained and accessible. It’s so refreshing to live in a place where management actually takes responsibility and ensures residents are happy. If you’re looking for a place with great management and excellent maintenance, Parc Mosaic is the way to go. Highly recommend!

Modern and spacious apartments with top notch amenities - living here is a bliss! Parc Mosaic offers homes of multiple sizes and layouts, and the community is extremely warm and welcoming. It is pet friendly with a paw spa on the premises, and it is super convenient with a private garage right below the living area. Did I mention the 25-meter saltwater pool, gym and an indoor climbing wall? Yup, living here is a dream come true.

What started as "let's rent for a couple years" has turned into feeling like we live at a resort, full-time.AMENITIES: We don't even go on vacation anymore because it'd be like going on vacation from... well... vacation. Heated saltwater lap pool. Underground parking. Rock climbing wall. Secure buildings with personal access codes. Storage facilities onsite. Multiple workout rooms with equipment galore. Bike storage and maintenance room. Firepit. Conference rooms. The only thing missing at this point is an all-day breakfast buffet. ;)THE PROPERTY: I can't imagine it being kept up any better. There's a team of people doing detailed cleaning in the buildings 7 days a week. I'm not talking just some random person taking out the trash... they're mopping floors, cleaning elevators, washing windows, vacuuming common areas, it always smells great! Outside, there are several grassy areas for pets, a community garden in the summer, multiple rooftop decks, gas grills, and outdoor space to hang with friends and meet other residents. Amazing views and the location can't be beat. It's quiet and away from all the busyness of downtown while less than 5 minutes from anything you need.APARTMENTS: Units feel brand new. Updated appliances, gas stoves (They get me, they really get me!), nice flooring, clean hallways, overall pretty darn quiet! The layouts are great, especially for smaller spaces like 1 bedrooms. Open layout and good overall flow.ONSITE TEAM: I'm not sure where they found these super-humans but I'm glad they did. April in the office is top notch. From the initial tour to move-in to day-to-day questions, she's always friendly and even though the property is already incredible, April continues to find ways to make it even better. Then there's the maintenance team, David and Zack. Talk about professional and just genuinely good guys. I had a clogged drain and they were at my door 10 minutes after I put in the request. They even find little things that I didn't even know were "off" and fix them (like a soft-close cabinet hinge that was in the wrong spot). I would trust these guys with anything and they definitely go above and beyond. So, could we buy a house? Sure. Would it have everything that Parc Mosaic offers? Unlikely. We may never leave.

Parc Mosaic is the future of what apartment living should be- more green space, a neighborhood feel, and great amenities. Although we did not lease (found a house), Sabrina in the front office is fantastic.

I love living here! I have been at Parc Mosaic for two years and just renewed for the third year. This seems to me to be the best apartment in Boulder, and I have seen quite a few. Every bit of it is impeccably cared for, and the property team is very responsive. The main office manager, April, is always helpful with a smile. She works hard to resolve any concerns, and I know that she often works behind the scenes for PM tenants. I made a few suggestions over the years and she jumped on them, even throwing a Halloween party at my whimsical request. If anything is wrong in the apartment, David is there within a few hours and can fix anything. You will love the pool, the common room, fire pits, barbecues, the upstairs meeting room, and top floor outdoor lounging area. The only downside is that it is expensive and you should be aware that rents seem to go up every year, making it tough if you don't have extra, discretionary income or if your budget was set when you moved in.
