Had a tooth filled on Tuesday and here it is Saturday nite 4 days later and part of the filling fell out. In pain!!!!!

when you call they always go to voicemail pisses me off and the receptionist attitudes are very poor

Left a voicemail and never got a call back... and why does it say the office is closed but as you listen to the recording it states out office is open from 8am to 8pm Monday through Thursday....

Just had a doctor appt with Dr. Rigler yesterday. Very good experience! It went smoothly. His nurse was really nice and he was too very caring and listened to what I had to say and cared about how I was feeling. Staff up front was really nice. It went well. Actually going back again in 2 weeks.

Yes the receptionist girls have no empathy, and act like they are on a high horse in the medical field, just sitting behind a medical office desk. They are not nice and have absolutely no customer service skills when it comes to making you feel welcomed and comfortable aupon arrival. people have problems with they're health and are mabe not feeling well, under stress and worried about health ussuues. That's where the empathy would come in handy! I would just like to add that the people in the human race are not just numbers!
And if the shoe was on the other foot they themselves would be so Very unhappy with their service as well!!

For the medical I like the doctors just a half hour wait after your appointment. Once u get called another to wait on the doctor . All other services is great.

Call to make an appointment due to an absest in my mouth. When i tryed to make appointment the nurse said shw had to speek with the dr. That she did, after done so shw told me they had an appointment today. Wich i couldnt attned, then she told me to call back tomarrow and make an emergency appointment so i did when i called them they did Not answer the phone so i left a message for somone to call back needless to say ita been a month and not one dr nurse or staff member called me back. I have sence got it fixed elsewhere. The point of the mater is i have a serious medical situation that could have ended horable for the lack of care from Therese medical professionals.

We took our daughter to the dentist there for the first time since she was one she is now four our daughter was a little scared and was a little squirmy and the young female dentist that saw our daughter was extremely rude,inconsiderate,and just all around unfriendly I strongly suggest you taking your little youngster to another dentist like Children's dentistry in Fremont NE,
Dr.Roth.
